The space

At the heart of the home is its signature courtyard—a dramatic indoor-outdoor gathering space framed by arches and classic desert architecture. It creates an atmosphere unlike a conventional vacation rental and gives the estate a true sense of place. Inside, generous gathering spaces and a large kitchen make Saguaro Mountain Villa ideal for families, friends, retreats and group getaways. Seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms provide room to spread out, while multiple living areas allow guests to gather together without sacrificing privacy. Step outside and the experience becomes pure Arizona: wide-open Sonoran Desert, rugged mountain scenery, spectacular sunsets and dark desert skies made for evenings under the stars. The setting feels wonderfully remote, yet Cave Creek, North Scottsdale, golf, dining, hiking, horseback riding and the best of the North Valley are within easy reach. Saguaro Mountain Villa isn't simply a place to stay. It's a private desert escape—quiet, expansive and unmistakably Arizona.
